Title:

Service Level Manager in the financial sector

Description:

Experience ITIL professional with profound knowledge and preferably experience in the Service Level Management process. Knowledge of ITIL V3 or familiarity with using ITIL for managing Business services (as opposed to merely IT Services) is a preferably present.

Main activities:

  • executing the rollout of the Service Level Management process for all financial products and channels within the Payments & Cash Management domain (first months under coaching of an ITIL Service Manager)
  • focus in on assembling and holding service review meetings, following-up on ations in the Service Improvement plan, montoring predefined metrics and proposing new metrics, ensuring that potential changes that are implemented towards the PCM services are properly implemented (i.c. embedded in the SLM process)
  • assist in the further application of ITIL V3 processes within the bank
  • assist ongoing projects in delivering required material in order to properly execute the SLM
