Functional Tester in the financial sector

Mission:

Application Tester will join the Calypso Test Team and be involved in the System Test and System Integration Test. He/she will be allocated to one of the functional streams and will perform following tasks:

• intake of the test base
• analyse functional requirements, specifications and design documents
• prepare test requirements and test scenarios
• design and develop test cases
• organise review of the test cases
• learn the Calypso application and prepare test data
• execute manual tests, log test results and defects
• report progress and test results
• follow up defects during their life cycle
• interact with functional analysts, developers and support organisation
• adopt test techniques, tools and templates used in the project
• manage the testware produced.
