Title:

Project Management Officer in the financial market and security industry

Role:

The ERP implementation team is looking for a Project Managment Officer with good planning and coordination experience. There will be 2 to 3 large projects to follow in parallel. He/she will be the right arm of the Project leader. Key Activities: Project Planning, Project Tracking, Risks & Issues Management, Resource Management. As a support function to the Project Leader, the Planning Coordinator is in charge of the following responsibilities :

  • The project planning & tracking (including cross-projects activities),
  • Risks and Issues management (define, track, resolve, escalate),
  • The production and regular update of crucial project documents such as Project Plan, Status Reports, Progress plan, presentations, the staffing plan.

This is a project support role i.e.not a management one or a process-oriented one : there is an existing methodology and processes to follow already in place - no technical skills to implement such tools are required.

Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in such a function on a large-scale and/or outsourced project using methodology.
  • University master, with a preference for IT or Economics.

Language:

Fluent English (both written and oral)needed (reporting involved in the function)
