• Report to Application Manager
• Functional expert on set of applications
• Functional analysis of application maintenance requests, bug fixes, quality fixes, incidents and problems
• Organize and maintain functional application documentation
• Support the creation of training material
• Provides application related training
• Follow-up and resolve functional issues (if needed discuss with Application Manager)
• If relevant, conduct problem analysis and define request for change
• Definition and validation of functional testing of application changes

As Campaign Management Application Engineer Functional you are an expert in your functional domain because the campaign management system is a core of the new direct banking strategy of the bank.

You will be in direct contact with the marketing users of the campaign management system. It is your responsibility to translate their needs into a suitable solution. Thanks to your business experience and domain knowledge, you will be able to ask accurate questions to the users and collect the information needed for writing an analysis document, input for the developers.

At a later stage, you update the user’s guide, inform the user about the elaborated solution, and give training sessions to them if needed.

Knowledge:

Required knowledge

• UML modeling.
• Relational database experience.
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency and experience in data analysis techniques and targeting methodologies

• SAS product
