In the context of a major program, the IT department is establishing a new cross border organization & the associated processes. We need to support this major program in the QA and Production environments used in for example our Branches, Contactcenters and Marketing departments. We are actively searching for a IT Operations Officer to support the Siebel application on a complex Unix/Oracle/ Websphere environment. The IT operations Officer will have to demonstrate a specific

NB: support for the application will be required on a 24/7 base, to be organized via an on call duty service. The IT Operations Officer will participate in this service.

Language:

Sound knowledge of English and possibly French and/or Dutch. (second language has to be English)

Duration:

Depending on the results and the IT implementation the contract could be extended for 1 or more months
