You will be responsible for providing support to project/program managers in the department Business & Program Management – South West Europe (BPM SWE)
|
Tasks: |
- Give visibility to the project and program managers on resource planning, progress, planned budget, forecast and realisation (Financial monitoring), issues, risks, scope changes.
- Organize and ensure internal and external communication between the different streams within the program.
- Organize and ensure cohesion between the team members and their work by organizing project meetings.
- Improve processes and tools for follow up of resource planning, budget, issues, risks, changes
- Provide expertise on project management methodology (GPL) for project team members
- Support for organizing meetings, travels, etc.
- Make minutes of the project team meetings
- Ensure communication within the program, including reporting of progress, budget, issues / risks, scope evolution.
- Cooperate with other PMO colleagues to set up new organizational structure for cross-border PMO for PCM-BPM

Knowledge: |
- Bachelor or Masters
- Experience in similar position or within project organization
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project
- Excellent knowledge of project budgeting
- Knowledge of Prince2 is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of (Niku) Clarity is considered an advantage
- Experience in Banking is considered an advantage
