Description:

The Technical Support Engineer's responsabilities cover:

  • Support :
    • daily management of the Kondor + application (identification and solving of issues)
    • management of end users requests (assessment and prioritisation)
    • support in the design of efficient processes for information requests and incident management
    • control of the Kondor + packages before implementation
    • implementation of application releases: testcases development, tests in the last phase of the project, acceptation tests...
  • Incident Management :
    • registration, follow-up, and documentation of incidents
    • preparation of standard incident reporting
  • Problem management :
    • identification, solution and follow-up of problems
    • preparation of operational reports required for an efficient problem management
  • User management :
    • management of information requests in relation with Kondor +
    • - communication to end users in relation with incidents, problems, requests (issue localisation/identification and solution)
    • management of users profiles

Skills:

  • You are customer focussed and a team player
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiar with package environment
  • Has sufficient communication skills in oral/ written at least English with French or Dutch
  • Is able to work in an international environment.
  • Is willing to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Has a good team spirit.
  • Can work independent, showing initiative.
