The Technical Support Engineer's responsabilities cover:
- Support :
- daily management of the Kondor + application (identification and solving of issues)
- management of end users requests (assessment and prioritisation)
- support in the design of efficient processes for information requests and incident management
- control of the Kondor + packages before implementation
- implementation of application releases: testcases development, tests in the last phase of the project, acceptation tests...
- Incident Management :
- registration, follow-up, and documentation of incidents
- preparation of standard incident reporting
- Problem management :
- identification, solution and follow-up of problems
- preparation of operational reports required for an efficient problem management
- User management :
- management of information requests in relation with Kondor +
- - communication to end users in relation with incidents, problems, requests (issue localisation/identification and solution)
- management of users profiles

Skills: |
- You are customer focussed and a team player
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiar with package environment
- Has sufficient communication skills in oral/ written at least English with French or Dutch
- Is able to work in an international environment.
- Is willing to work in a constantly changing environment.
- Has a good team spirit.
- Can work independent, showing initiative.
