IT Experienced person able to perform (complex) problem analysis and drive the resolution of problems with a strong experience in large multi-platform based IT environment . Focus on the IBM Mainframe MVS z/OS As member of the Problem Management team of the Euroclear Group, you will have to work in close relation with the different 2nd and 3rd level support experts acorss the different entities and ensuring an optimal followup of a problem from creation until closure :

• getting to the root ause of production incidents
• ensuring progress on the resolution of the underlying problems
• correct evaluation of the impact

You will have to lead virtual (SWAT) teams in charge of complex problem resolution involving technical experts across domains You will ensure that there is a clear understanding of the problem, therefore you will consult the technical experts on a regular basis and discuss priorities, timing, solutions,...

You will participate in the optimalization and generatin

Skills:

• Effective writing and rigorous in the administration tasks ITIL and the Problem Management process in particular.
• Strong experience of a large multi-platforms based IT environment (mainly Windows and Unix; IBM Mainframe MVS z/OS and HP Tandem NonStop are a plus
