Experienced Test Coordinator (3-5 years)

Description:

In a first phase the candidate will take over user acceptance testing of the TARGET 2-tests. This can be enlarged with setting up the tests of new test projects in cooperation with project leaders and test engineers.

  • coach and assist business testers
  • act as lead tester or test coordinator in a project context in close collaboration with analysts and business users
  • adhere to and actively promote good testing practices throughout the organization
  • collaborate with the test improvement project manager in tailoring and fine tuning the test process

Knowledge:

  • Required knowledge
    • min. 3 years of experience in structuring testing. V-model and TMAP (or comparable methodology) are having no secrets anymore.
    • min. 1 year of experience in test coordination : writing test plan, plan tests, coordinate testing, follow-up, reporting, coaching test engineers
    • communicative and assertive, but avoiding conflicts through negotiation and diplomacy : feeling comfortable working with diverse stakeholders from IT and business
    • experience with Quality Center or other Test Management Tool/Defect tracking tool
  • Desired knowledge
    • Experience in the banking sector is a plus

Language:

  • Fluent written english
  • Fluent in spoken dutch or french (both preferred)

Duration:

4 months (Extensions are possible)
