Change Manager Channels in the financial sector

Description:

Within the Service Support of the System Management application team, and in collaboration with a colleague, the Change Manager will be charged to:

  • Track change life cycle from change initiation through completion or termination working with various :
    • Support teams for the Incidents and Problems in the IT Service area
    • Project teams for the projects Changes
  • Work closely with the Release Manager to help monitor and mature the organizations based on CMMI and ITIL processes
  • Analyze, implement and update the strategic planning of all changes within the organisation. This role will require the successful candidate to be experienced in Change Management at a senior level, being able to take the Project lead in relation to providing input to the internal management within the organisation.
  • Developing communication strategies and liaising with key stakeholders as well as working with the program director it will be your responsibility to work consistently and manage the process.
  • You will report to the Service Support Manager

Skills:

  • IT Service & projects management experience
  • Bilingual: NL / FR
  • Bank experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL and CMMI is required

Responsabilities:

  • Leads deployment preparation of new releases (from project, release or Emergency fix) in collaboration with Project manager, Application Manager, Release Manager and Infra SPOC (CIM)
  • Manages dependencies/impacts of changes for deployment.
  • Communicates release calendar from Infra to Solution Delivery Channels Retail and Requirement Management
  • Collect, validate and transfer release documents to Infra
  • Guardian for deployment standards and guidelines
  • Coordinate content of technical documentation for deployment
  • Point of contact for Infra in collaboration with Infra Coordinator (CIM)
