Implementation of the ILM-project (information lifecycle management) :

• Technical design in collaboration with system, database & storage engineers
• Design and develop the ILM API's & components to be used by the DWH- & BI-projects
• Implement & test the ILM-solution

The project goal is to optimize the storage cost of our DWH environment by applying a correct data cleaning, archiving and storage management.

Knowledge:

• Degree in higher education (computer sciences, mathematics, engineering).
• Experience with active storage management (cleaning, archiving, off-line storage etc…)
• Good knowledge of UNIX and Oracle storage mechanisms
