Within the Payment & Cash Management organisation, Implementation Services is responsible for implementing a closed PCM deal as quickly as possible, in a transparent way for the customer and doing this ‘first time right’.

Responsibilities:

• all activities in the contract processing and registration regarding the implementation of PCM Channels.(FTP, FileAct, Etebac,…)
• creation and registration in different information systems of all possible reporting systems within our PCM Channels.(Coda, ICH, Unpaids,…)
• creation of other security tokens s.a. Digipass and delivery of the material.
• creation and modification of foreign intracompany accounts.
• participate in a proactive way in all projects concerning the above.
• provide support to our internal clients - and on request - to our external clients concerning all of the above.
