Title:

Business Analyst in Banking (Particular SEPA or payments)

Location:

Brussels (This position requires frequent travel between Brussels and Amsterdam)

Description:

Define business & functional requirements and request for changes towards IT, and follow implementation.

Answer punctual questions about business, operational and functional questions about the products.

Review the products delivered by the other streams and adapt them to local situations.

Attend to external meetings and/or workgroups when needed

Organize meetings with Product managers to prepare the commercial deployment of the new products and produce:

• Internal and external communication calendars
• Internal documents like terms and conditions, billing policy, etc
• External documents like product agreements, contracts, etc

Analyse the Operations (Ops) and Customer support (CS) organizations that will support the new products:

• Understand the existing organisation of mid & back-office.
• Map all the tools used to support the payment activity.
• Propose to the product managers improvements in accordance with CS & Ops teams.
• Be the representative of the Ops and CS point of view towards the project.
• Support & align with other streams of the project, define necessary “Request For Change”.
• Define the necessary organisational changes & trainings for internal business units.
• Be the expert of operational aspects of the product.

Profile:

• Banking and payment knowledge in specific
• Particular knowledge of SEPA

Skills:

• 2 years experience in process analysis
• Business analysis basics (requirements, clarification, challenge users, process descriptions)
