Objective:

Support various projects by analysing and documenting the project requirements and/or describing solutions.

Background:

Invoice Services offers in the Netherlands a proposition in the field of electronic invoicing and the sending of digital value-related documents. These electronic invoicing services are for the business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) markets. Currently the Invoice Services department is initiating a project (for the B2C market, specifically the Digitale Nota product) in cooperation with various external vendors. The project will deliver a solution.

Skills:

• Analyse changes from the current to the future situation.
• Describe the ‘gap’ that comes out of the analysis and discuss this with the stakeholders of the business/operations/external vendors to find and describe a solution in a business impact analysis report.
• To bridge the gap between the business, (internal or external) suppliers and the existing operation.
• Organise workshops to get the requirements clear
• Writing the concerning content in various governance documents
• Realisation of solutions
• Must have strong IT background.
• Well known knowledge of the Invoice Services domain
• Team player with a good immunity to stress
• Helicopter overview: strong analytic empowerment
• Experience with the organisation: operate independently, operate precisely and taking initiatives.
• Prince 2 experienced
• Experienced with requirement analysis
• Experienced with organising workshops
• Experienced with writing solutions
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Business or information analysis.
• Good communication experience.
• Good knowledge of the English language in speaking and writing.
