IS Employee Benefits Classic administer the application VELO concerning Group Life Insurance. This business is constant impacted by new laws, new business products of improvements of the application for end users. These impacts result in projects between 50 mandays and more than 2000 mandays… always to be realised in challenging timing. VeLo team is organised in several groups administering Plans, Processes, Calculations,… in which more than 50 people are assigned.

Skills:

• Can work in an environment with standards and rules
• Insurance business knowledge or experience
• Technical experience is an advantage
• Functional analysis experience
• CMMi and Prince 2 knowledge is an advantage
• Able to get as soon as possible a global view of the patrimonium and an application. This is essential for the quick localisation of the modifications (project) and issues.
• Follow up of the process flows inside the application.
• Leading capacities, support and clearly talking capacities to programming profiles.

Language:

French and Dutch.

Duration:

12 months with possible extension.
