Location:

Woerden (NL) but has to travel in the Netherlands as required by the project.

Description:

  • We are searching for someone who can support the set-up of a program for a large move project (50 buildings, 30.000 moves) within the bank. Due to the merge of two banks a program called "Re-allocation Corporate Building" is in starting up phase.
  • The purpose for IT is to support Facility Management in this program and to come to a full planning and execution of the housing and space allocation in the corporate buildings for the integrated bank organization. This means new buildings, renovate current buildings and decommissioning of buildings.

Tasks:

  • to support the program manager with setting-up the program
  • to help structure the project
  • produce manuals with agreed appointments with other departments within the bank to support the user move.
  • He/she will be supported by the internal Information Services of the bank.
  • He/she reports to the Program manager.
