Title:

Wintel 2nd line support engineer

Location:

Brussels (near Central Station)

Description:

The engineer will be integrated in a team called “WS Wintel & Productivity Tools Second level Support”, part of the Service Management / Service Desk Division which is in charge of the processing of all user’s incidents.

Requirements:

  • University graduate or Bac in an IT
  • (Mandatory) Good communication skills , customer minded
  • (Preferable) MCSE certified
  • (Preferable) Citrix and VPN
  • familiar with the ITIL processes
  • Office
  • (Mandatory) 1-3 years of professional experience in second line client support

Objective:

Being a full-fledge contact for the Customer organisation and the IT departments for processing incidents and problems based on Service Level Agreements.

Language:

Sound knowledge of French, Dutch and English.

Duration:

6 Months with possible continuation

Remarks:

  • The engineer will solve standard and complex incidents (remote)
