Project/Department Description and Responsibilities

• The local HR IT team, division of IT Pharma Operations is responsible for the Support & Development of the Human Resources (HR) applications in Belgium.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis, development, integration and testing of new functionalities and/or changes, as determined by the Project Lead
• Changes initially in VB6/ASP and Oracle PL/SQL, afterwards in .NET
• After initial period, working in a project team for migrating VB6/ASP functionalities to a .NET environment
• Responsible also for creating and maintaining all required compliance documentation (SDLC, change management, ...)
• Providing user support on the HR applications, working with ticketing system “ClearQuest” to track Issues & Change Requests (working in support mode in a rotating teamsystem).

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in functional analysis and in developing or designing .NET solutions (VB6/ASP is a plus) across the full development lifecycle.
• You should have knowledge of the SDLC (software development lifecycle), preferably within J&J
• Database experience is essential with Oracle and PL/SQL (experience with SQL 2008 is a plus).
• Experience with working in Support- and Project Mode
• Flexible attitude
• Service and solution oriented towards application users.

Languages:

Dutch spoken and written, English is strongly preferred.
