Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

• Executes and supports regional and local Voice network infrastructure projects with varying levels of complexity
• Reports to a senior Project Manager
• Group, prioritize and executes project implementation activities
• Take responsibility for planning, monitoring, escalation and reporting,
• Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed
• Plans and communicates to the involved business leads
• Function as a single point of contact within the team for the project deliverables assigned to him/her
• Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure ITS committed dates and project deliverables are met
• Executes within requested timeframe and budget.

Required Skills:

• Technical Project Management experience in an international and multicultural environment (budgets, plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.) (+2 years)
• Very good understanding of networking, preferably in large international environments
• Experience with VOIP implementation or rollout projects
• (Cisco switches, routers, HP-OV, Cisco Works, VOIP, TCP/IP network protocol)
• Having a voice/network operations or deployment background is a plus
• Experience with end user support integrations or environments (ITIL)
• Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations (FDA part 11, GxP, …).
